LeShundra Green is a grief and emotional wellness coach with years of experience supporting people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Her background as a Hospice Nurse taught her that true healing requires more than medical care. It requires compassion, grounding, and space to breathe.
Through Wellness by LeShun she created the TimeOUT Method a simple practice that helps you slow down reflect and reconnect with yourself. Her work blends practical emotional tools with real life understanding so you can move forward with confidence clarity and peace.
LeShun’s mission is to guide you toward emotional balance while honoring your story and your strength. You are not walking this journey alone.
