Author’s Note for March

Mental Health has been a hot topic over the last few years, especially with more celebrities speaking the truth about their own struggles with mental health. I have suffered from depression and anxiety for many years, but over the past two years, I have really sat down with myself to identify what my triggers are and how to self-regulate when I am triggered by something. It is not easy and so many times I just want to blow up, but what purpose would that serve me? Learning to control how you react to a trigger is a process, but it can be done.  The month of March is all about triggers and we will be discussing what triggers are, how to identify triggers and appropriate responses to your triggers. So, join me on this journey as we discuss the triggers of our daily lives.
